He will make cookies. Casey and Erik have been watching the show Worst Cooks in America a lot lately. They think it is so entertaining. One night while watching the show Casey asked me, "Mom, are you a bad cook, like these people?" Gulp, I guess if you're asking I'm not great.

I said, "I'm not the worst but I could be a lot better." Because of this show, Casey wants to cook, so we gave him a bag of chocolate chips and told him to follow the recipe. I stood nearby and watched, but he did it all and they were delicious!

He did a good job. He needs to strengthen his cleaning up skills, but I love that he wanted to make cookies. The best part was how excited he was to deliver a few to our neighbors. Hope he sticks with this new cooking habit for awhile.
