Functional and Beautiful!!

I bought our entry way table from Marshall’s when we lived on Oxbow Drive. I have pictures of it when Erik was a baby, so I know we’ve had it for at least ten years. I remember shopping on my lunch break and shoving it into the back of my Honda. It is really light so that was always nice for cleaning, etc.

Since moving to South Park, almost six years ago, I have had all of our photo albums in my bedroom closet. I always thought we would build shelves in our bedroom or find a place for them somewhere. Turns out, this new entryway dresser is the spot. I found Myla’s Facebook page by accident. I fell in love with a navy blue entryway console, but I was too late, it was sold. We started communicating and I told her what I wanted. Three months later she found the kind of piece I wanted in a sale in Carmel, CA. She lives in Mountain View, CA and has a showroom/house in Elk Grove. She had it painted and ready to go in less than three days. Pedar and I drove to Elk Grove to pick it up. We met her husband and beautiful daughters. Myla is so talented.

We absolutely love having a place for our photo albums. The boys hadn’t flipped through them in years! I am so grateful to Myla for being so patient with me. I love supporting strong, talented women!!
